Historically quilts were made with whatever fabric women had available to them. Because of that history, scrappy quilts hold a special place in my heart. For the Lunar Cycle quilt, I’ve arranged scraps into a loose interpretation of the phases of the moon. The flannel backing is a fun surprise that makes me smile every time I see it.
